We are not a club where you just pay a fee, become a member, and consume whatever is offered. The SHIFTSHAPE learning community is about giving not taking. Nobody is entitled to become a Shiftshaper. You will have to prove that you are willing to constantly learn, that you are motivated, and that you want to actively contribute to the community.
We believe that there are two types of leaders. Those who call for change but secretly wish that everything would stay as it is. And those who are ready to get to the heart of the matter. True transformation is only possible for those who have the ambition to optimize more than just themselves. That is why we make sure to always preserve a safe atmosphere where open discourse is possible. Through a highly curated, “by application only” process for every member. There is no shortcut to transformation.
Every member has to walk the 21-week SHIFTSHAPE trek before joining the club. This inception phase will prepare you to understand, contextualise and navigate change and uncertainty. Equipped with a unique and proven set of 21st century leadership competencies along the SHIFTSHAPE® Framework, you will graduate from this trek inspired and empowered to change the shape of your workplace and personal life together with your cohort. Together you will then become a part of a community of lifelong learners.
